While I am opening a particular channel to watch video using google Crome .IT does not load and show a massage that

page is unresponsive. When I open it in another web browser it shows same message. What I do to solve this problem?

i have the HP STREAM 11-ak0040nr running windows 11.  Everytime i access the internet whether internet explorer or google chrome,  I keep getting page unresponsive errors.  Its completely frustrating.  Is there a fix for this.
