Laptop HP 15-fd9xxx. Product ID 9W848EA Windows 11 Home. While doing a factory reset, I could not find the relevant driver to set up the internet. Get error message, 0x80070002. Where can I find the driver. Thank you.

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with a Realtek RTL8852BE Wi-Fi adapter.
