At this writing, email printing directly to the printer is generally available using one of two methods:

• ePrint - old technology - free, automated, and "what you see is what you get"
• Print Anywhere - newer tech - available on select new printers with HP+

Regardless of the method used, it is possible that the results will be impacted by your email provider's security requirements.

For example,

SMTP / Profile  > "Less Secure Apps" disabled > Many email providers require 2-Step verification (2FA) and the use of an App Password in place of the regular password you use to sign into your email.

ePrint is free - there is no direct support when it fails, though the document does cover the general "how-to" and explains reasons why the job might fail.

Reminders

• When an ePrint job is received by the HP servers, the sender's email will receive a confirmation message of that event. 
• There is no followup email - the job works or it does not.
