I cannot get my printer to show up in the Control Panel of my PC

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

To assist better -

  1. How is the printer connect to the device USB or wireless? 

If wireless ,

  1. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?i
  2. Is the printer connected to home or public network?
  3.  I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
