simcard slot of my hp laptop not working

The simcard slot of my HP pavilion laptop is not working. in the network setting the cellular option is also not seen. Previously it was there. Please suggest a way to rectify it.

• Was there any recent update on the PC?
• Are all the drivers on HP Support Assistant up to date?

While you respond to that please try the below steps:

Update the BIOS & Keyboard drivers to resolve this issue
