Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a very strange problem with my new laptop, fresh out of the box, a few days of use, today I decided to connect the charger again to recharge the battery (hp 65w part number L25298-001) and I just connect it to the laptop (which I had a 60% battery) I began to notice the wifi very slow and with packet loss.

All the drivers are updated, both from windows and from the hp smart support assistant
To corroborate the behavior, I disconnect the charger and the speed normalizes.
I am going to leave some examples of packet loss to my gateway with the charger connected and without the charger connected.
