hi, my laptop has two problems
1st. it makes crackling sound when using inbuild speakers. not always but most of the time.
2nd. my bluetooth stoped working after i reset my pc. it used to connect with other devices just fine but now it paired but not connected. when i click of connect it says "That didn't work. Make sure your Bluetooth deviceis still discoverable, then try again" but my device is descoverable. they even connect to each other but not to my laptop for some reasons. i have tryed youtube, trubleshoot, updated my drivers and even clean reset my pc but still dont work. PLEASE HELP
