I went on a trip and brought my laptop with me but the whole time i was there the wifi for my laptop was terrible as if it was the wifi itself so i shrugged it off and thought it was the router so when i came back from the trip my wifi was still acting weird even if i was sitting right next to the router it wouldn't work so now i am trying to uninstall my network driver to reinstall it but my driver isnt showing up so after that i tried to scan changes and add legacy hardware but i couldnt find the right thing for it now i need help. please get back to me it would mean the world thank you.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with the wireless connectivity on your Laptop.

- Perform a power drain on your PC.

 

1) Unplug the power cord from the PC & wall.

2) Disconnect the power cable from the AC adapter if it is a detachable part and keep it aside.

3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.

4) Plug the power cord back into the AC adapter, then connect it to the wall and to the charging port on your PC.

5) Power on the PC and wait for the PC to boot into Windows.
