HP Envy x360 laptop

I recently purchased an HP Envy x360 laptop with product ID 00342-21063-38648-AAOEM and device ID 6898D7EF-8F704141-AAB2-87E66B20ED2C with a 13th Gen intel(R) core(TM) i5-1335U. I have been trying to join it to our company domain but the 'Member of' radio button is inactive and can't be selected to add the laptop into the company domain.

Please assist.

The product ID you posted is not the product number of your notebook.

Does the PC have W11 Professional installed?

 

W11 Home does not support connecting to a domain.

 

If W11 Professional is installed, unfortunately, I would not know what the problem could be.
