You're very welcome.

 

If the wifi doesn't work after you factory reset the PC, most likely the wireless card failed and would need to be replaced.

Hi:

 

You need these wifi and Bluetooth drivers for your model PC:

 

WiFi: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96501-97000/sp96885.exe

Bluetooth: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98001-98500/sp98235.exe

 

Download the drivers from another PC, copy them to a USB flash drive.

 

Plug the flash drive into your HP Stream notebook and install them that way.

ok i tried that then restarted but nothing ,so i,m resetting the system and removing my files then i,m gonna see if anything changes and will get back to ya thxs for your time
