Product: HP Deskjet 3510 e-All-in-One Printer

Hello I am trying to find some help in trying to connect my printer to my internet. It was working fine until we switched internet providers now it wont connect. I have been trying the hp smart app not really getting anywhere with that either. I have chromebook.
