Product: hp LAPTOP

When I pourchased this HP laptop the wifi did not work theyi installed o ne......NOw it has quit working I cnnot find a way to turn it on.

Thanks for the answer but I just installed another wifi and it works fine.....Want to state a very inportand message . Some one contacted me on the behalf of HP and had me tring to purchase 3 $100 dollar gift certificates from Amazon so they would give me a new computer. It sure looked like HP and I almost fell for it. SO BE VERY CAREFUL WHO YOU TALK TO. I DO NOT  KNOW HOW YOU CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE, THEY SEEMED SO ON TOP OF IT.

There is really nothing here in the way of information necessary to be any help to you. What is the Model number? The version of Windows? How old is it?
