I have to keep resetting my wifi network adapter.  is this a computer issue or my internet provider's issue?

Hello and welcome to the HP Community.

If the your Wi-Fi adapter is faulting, it should be logged in Windows Event Viewer > System log around the time/date of the drop-outs.

How are you resetting your Wi-Fi adapter?

OK. It would be advisable to check for any driver updates on HP's website here:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/product-specs/hp-omnibook-5-flip-14-inch-2-in-1-laptop-pc-14-fp...

It would be best to use the Detect my software and drivers option to scan your PC.

Let me know how you get on.
