Your machine was built around 2011 therefore due to the whitelist the chance to upgrade to 5G wifi card is none.

 

Option: please try

 

             https://www.mwave.com.au/product/edimax-ac600-wireless-dualband-and-bluetooth-40-usb-adapter-ac19320

 

Note: I'm using a similar one (w/o BT) for my 9 years old machine and very happy with the result
