Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello.

Product: 14-an015la
 Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I just got a new laptop, it came with Windows 10. I installed windows 7 64-bit but I can't find the proper drivers for network, video, usb etc.

I did find one driver that work related to ethernet, but the connection is very bad, I manage to install the wlan driver by going to device manager and clicking in "Update Driver Software" but it's the same. The wifi works a few minutes then goes in  "Unidentified network" message.

Where can I find the proper drivers for windows 7?

Thanks

Hi:

First install the amd chipset drivers and restart the pc.  Those will install the smbus and usb 3 controllers.

You want the first file listed on the webpage.

http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows%207%20-%2064

Graphics:  Install and restart the PC.  You want the first file listed on the webpage.

http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/apu?os=Windows%207%20-%2064

Ethernet:  Download, unzip and run the setup application from 2nd driver on the list at the link below...

http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=13&PFid=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTy...

What model wireless network adapter does your notebook have?

I will see if I can find a better driver than the one windows update installed.

Thanks a lot for the response.

I installed the drivers that you mentioned and all of them finally worked. Thanks

I also managed to install the Wireless driver, I ended up installing the driver listed on the HP webpage for this laptop model, the following driver has been working fine so long:

Realtek RTL8723BE/RTL8188EE 802.11b/g/n 2023.40.801.2016 Rev.A 42.7 MB 13 de sep. de 2016

I hope it continues that way, either way, my network adapter model is PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_B723&SUBSYS_81C1103C&REV_00

Thanks again.

You're very welcome.

You have the latest version of the wireless card driver installed, so you're all set.
