I've done a self hp diagnostics. it shows :

wired ping test ----Realtek  PEIe FE famity controller ----- failed.

so I can't via cable connection to get to internet.

pls help. thanks.

Did you upgrade/downgrade your machine ? What is it ? laptop-2t6hic0a is an invalid model/product. Please use the following way to find out model/product of your machine

Dear Mr. Banhien,

thanks for you trying to help.

 

i never upgrade/downgrade my machine, since I bought it on1/13/2017.

model :  15-ba053nr or 16-ba053nr.

other tests show :

wired  LAN1--- not connected.

ethernet cable unplugged( actually both ends of the cable plugged well , the cable is brand new and tested.) 

modem BGW210 new too.  now I can only via wi-fi to internet.
