You're very welcome.
I think the bluetooth radio on the Ralink wireless card is dead.
The wireless assistant should have turned it on with the Ralink Motorola bluetooth driver installed.
Then BIOS shows it present and enabled.
The only possibility could be that the BT radio is dead.

I just looked at the service manual, and it seems that your notebook may have a separate HP bluetooth module.
See if this driver works...
This package contains the software required to support the HP Integrated Module with Bluetooth Wireless Technology in supported notebook models running a supported operating system. The HP Integrated Module with Bluetooth Wireless Technology provides wireless connectivity to other devices from the integrated module of the supported notebooks. It also provides additional Bluetooth Profiles.

I guess that your model doesn't have the separate HP bluetooth module then.
It must have the bluetooth on the ralink wireless card.
In any event, there is no bluetooth hardware in your notebook anymore. It's dead.
