Product: HP 620

Hello there,

I have HP  620 laptop with windows 7 as operating system. My problem is no connection is  working on my machine. The wireless network connection as well as the local area  connection are no longer worked. Although the drivers seem to be properly installed (please see the attached photos) but  connection  internet does not work. Please how can I skip this issue. 2.png
