wlan driver is not insatalling....

you had send me wlan driver (sp71421) & bluetooth driver (sp70570)

bluetooth driver has installed but wlan driver is not installing in my notebook...

the installation process get ready and in mid way the installation tab automatically get closed... 

the same problem was happening with wlan driver (sp66190)

please help me.. i'm poor person.. i can't buy any other laptop...

Hi:

Go to the device manager, and if the wifi driver is not installed, there should be a device listed in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller.

Please post the hardware ID for the Network Controller device so I can see exactly what model it is.

Neither of those devices is the wifi adapter.

You need these drivers for those devices...

PCI device:

If there is no model wifi adapter listed under the Network Adatpers device manager category, see if installing this software and restarting the PC allows you to turn on the wifi adapter with the software controls in this program...

If the wifi card still doesn't show up, then you will have to do a hardware troubleshooting step that I will write about later if you tell me the wifi still doesn't work.

I have installed that software but it is showing for lan cable not for wireless... 

after installing that the nothing has changed... there is still a cross mark on network symbol at desktop(at the right corner of my desktop)  

what should i do now??

OK...time to take the notebook apart and troubleshoot.

What you need to do now is to remove and firmly reseat the wifi card.

Sometimes the electrical contacts get oxidized and the card loses power from the motherboard, which is why it doesn't show up.

Try and leave the antenna cables connected to the wifi card to facilitate an easy reinstallation without the need to reattach the tiny antenna cables.

If removing and reseating the wifi card doesn't get it to show up, then you will need to purchase a new internal wifi card or external USB wifi adapter.
