Like the name says, I need help. I think all I need is the driver software for my network and my ethernet controllers. If it's any help, here's the hardware ids. I would get the software myself, but I'm afraid it's just too confusing for me.

Yes you need the drivers for the wireless and ethernet controllers...

 

Here they are...

 

This package contains the driver installation package for the Ralink Wireless LAN Controllers in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

This package provides the Realtek Local Area Network (LAN) Driver that enables the Realtek Network Interface Card (NIC) Chip in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.
