i have product name product /system #number, serial #

 

But i cannot find which vesion my pc is when i search

 

please help

The above requested information can be found on the bottom of your computer, inside the battery compartment or on the startup BIOS screen. Please see How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number? for more assistance locating this information. DO NOT include your serial number. Please enter the model/product information into HP's Online Consumer Support page and post it here for our review.

The vast majority of HP laptops are 64 bit OS-especially the DV6/DV7 series. To confirm go into Control Panel. In upper right corner change View by to large icons. Next click on "System" icon to open.

thank to responses.

 

i cannot boot my pc to find version so have been entering the product info at support, but still cannot get the answer.

 

pc is envy dv7 - 7227cl

 

product # c2n70uar#aba

 

If somebody can find the version for me i would be very grateful.
