I understand that you are getting unknown device after upgrading your laptop with SSD.

 

Don't worry I'd like to help.

 

Did you check for compatibility before replacing the hard drive on your PC?

 

It looks like one of the memory is defective or the memory slot is not working.
 
Try running a memory diagnostics on your PC and let me know the results.

 

Refer this article to know how to use HP support assistant.

 

Also, please update the HP 3D DriveGuard driver and check if it helps.
