HP Recommended

Have the same trouble, same Laptop, Pavilion DV7 6105SD, no where can I find any SM BUS Controller driver, now all my USB ports work, after the Graphics software reinstall they all came on, but nothing for the sm bus. Strangely, it worked fine when I got it, with WIndows Home Premium 7 on it, it only stopped when I moved up to Win Professional 7. Both 64bit, So the drivers do exist obviously, but how to get them... They have to be on the Recovery partition somewhere for the Home Premium / Laptop factory reset, but haven't the foggiest where to look.

Have the same trouble, just a different laptop, Pavilion G7 1200SM, no where can I find any SM BUS Controller driver. I have Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
