Click on Start menu and type 'dxdiag'. There you'll see if you've DirectX 11 or not.

If not install your graphic driver again.
If this doesn't work, install any high-end game or Microsoft's game, while installation, DirectX will be upgraded to DirectX 11.

Hello sajidge.  I understand you need a driver for your graphics card.

I believe this driver is what you're looking for.  Directx 11 will either be installed via this driver or by any games which require it.  It is not available as a stand-alone download.
