Hi
I am currently using HP N012 TX. The keyboard for this notebook doesnt have a right click menu button!!
Didnt see it while purchasig it, big mistake. I am addicted to using this key. Is there any way I can get replaced function of any other key or any other keyboard shortcut to get the right click menu.
Read about using Shift +f10. not working
Thanks
Abhishek

The rest of us put the cursor on the desired item and then use the right button on the touchpad to invoke the menu. It is a standard with notebooks. You may have to get used to that.

Try changing the action keys setting from within the BIOS. Bizzare location for it, but this allows you to set the keys to work as function keys by default and require FN to perform their printed functions instead of the other way around. I have had this setting enabled for a very long time, and guess what, the shift+f10 combo works. (This is a very important thing because I was forced to disconnect the trackpad's ribbon cable ever since it started spastically acting up at random due to some hardware flaw I don't have time to deal with. I own a good mouse anyway.)
I didn't read very far into this thread though, so I might just sound like an idiot.
