HP Recommended

The RAM is standard as in any other computer
Oh I figured out this problem thanks to some dude on youtube. The 24.6GB RAM was being reported as being allocated to the hardware maybe in the BIOS?? I don't know why but to get it to use the full amount of RAM minus the two GB to the video ram. The setting is in msconfig under the boot tab click the advanced button and then you can set maximum RAM. 
I consider myself knowledgeable about windows but didn't know about this setting....
