Product: Pavillion Sleekbook D9H20PA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)
My computer is stuck in an automatic repair loop and the advanced command options such as open in safe mode or open the prompt comand doesn't work.
I've run a hard disk test and the Hard Disk Short DST failed:
Failure ID: Q4GH6F-6NW8WH-MFPWWJ-60TG03
I bought my notebook while living and Australia in 2013 and now I'm back to Brazil. Since warranty is not an option for me anymore what should I do?

Hi,
Your hard disk is failing and needs to be replaced. You can try to get your personal files from the disk by booting into a live linux distro and see if you can copy files to an external drive or by removing drive and attaching to an external usb bay.
You will need to replace your hard drive and reinstall windows 8.1 with either the recovery disks from HP or by downloading the OS from Microsoft.
Hope it helps,
David
