I tried to recover via USB using the combination of windows key + B just got a blank screen the CAPS LOCK LIGHT blinking more than six times and the wireless button remained orange. Though the computer rebooted without any errors.  Is there a way i can access advance options with the F.17 to enable memory hole remap or something to configure the chipset to allocate the memory.

Try to enable Memory Remap Feature In The BIOS

look under Chipset or Processor

or Memory

it should be in there

Unfortunately i am not able to access advance options within my BIOS since my BIOS is locked only available with basic options such as boot order, system information and security.  Is there a possible way or combination of keys to access the adavance options?

Vendor: InsydeH20 setup utility rev 3.7

Yes if there was a password was there?

i have no password within the BIOS so i guess its secured with UEFI. I have no idea with the insyde bios on how to access the advance settings

HP Recommended

Okay It Is Protected And Locked By UEFI so you can not access the advanced tab in the BIOS

unless you modded the BIOS With hack files from the internet which is not what you want to do

I guess windows should auto pick up the RAM Do to UEFI

so try this just to check the RAM is okay

Restart the pc and press F2 for system diagnostics UEFI

and do two things

A: Go under system info and select Memory (To see if the System is picking up on the RAM

B: Run a test on the RAM (To see if the RAM is Bad)

HP Recommended

You have an idea of modding the BIOS

Under system info all my ram memory is displayed

Running the memory test in extensive mode I'll let you know by the results it will return.

Okay here is how to modd the BIOS

http://www.jakobheinemann.de/en/j-bios.html

but remember anything could happen like the PC maybe damaged for good becaue this is a HACK BIOS installer

so i want you to make repair flash drive with the BIOS update i sent you before i think you already did?

if this goes as successfully performed then you should see the advanced settings

HP Recommended

I already have the BIOS repair ready. It's good i wait for the next BIOS update HP will release for windows 10 support which will fix most of the issues
