The Hp 2230s is a business class laptop isn't it? No backdoor for those-only consumer class can be cracked.

I never know that fact as its a second hand laptop, my brother gave me

REO did suggest Bios chip replacement. But that is not a viable solution for me
If i change the motherboard will that fix my problems
My main problem is the hdd is corrupted

Yes, a motherboard replacement would also replace the BIOS chip.

Try entering:       e9l117xz43            ( Note that in both cases, the 3rd character is a lower case L )

                                           or
                                 e9l117xzr3
