Hi,
Unfortunately there are no 'backdoor passwords' for Elitebooks or Probooks and it cannot be derived from the Serial No. - please see the post by REO on the following link.

Hey,
I got used HP Envy 17" 2100eo laptop, when tried to access BIOS asked for password (tried empty one, password etc) no help. It seems that it has been changed?
Is it possible to reset it somehow?

Usually you get a halt code after entering wrong password 3 times. If you got a code post it.
