Hello I have a HP DV7 Laptop compter Just recieved but it is locked up by power on password it gives me a

key code 68645387 can someone please help with a master password for this model. I have already tried removing the  cmos battery for 6 hours and it still comes up.

After three failed passwords you should receive a halt code.

 

Post that code.
