The Probook is a business class laptop. I do not know of a way other than service by HP to remove it. Unless REO knows another way, but I believe he has replied on several occasions that he does not either.

I have said this before  Pro Books and Elite Books are the best.

 

You must contact HP Support.

As has been mentioned several time,Probooks and Elitebooks require HP Service.
