@deepswan,

 

Unfortunately, as your notebook is a business class machine, security is more stringent - the password is stored in non-volatile memory ( ie removing the RTC battery will have no effect ) and there are no 'backdoor' passwords.  Your best option would be to contact HP regarding this.

We have an HP 2000 that uses Windows8. My daughter set it up in a hurry and cannot remember the password she set. We have entered everything we can think of, but nothing works. We have not had a lockout code.

I've forget the password bios. By The adminitrator os account is ok but i can't change the option boot DVD.

The Seven is scrached and i need reinstall it...

I have the same problem with my laptop except that the laptop just boots and shows the hp invent splash logo and then to a black screen with a blue box that asks for a password. After 3 tries it shutdown. Did the usual removed the bios batter for 2 hrs an still has the password. The laptop is an older model
