BIOS Password Reset

thanks for all who looked at this, and are in the process of trying to help, but i got it solved.

some hp models require you to press F2 or F12 whilst on the password screen in order to make the hash visible; its part of the security mechanism.

my hp is a hp2000      numbers given on  system disabled on bios password is   61993584   hope you can help me   I have no idea who set up the bios password   so am really stuck

Hp ProBooks And EliteBooks' bios passwords can be removed that easily. You'll need to contact HP directly for assistance

Sorry there is no master password or password generator for EliteBooks or ProBooks.

Contact HP Customer Support.

Do have the hash code when 3 wrong passwords are entered. Sometimes you have to press f2 and or f12 o get it visible
