Used the SN to generate that code.
Have you tried removing the BIOS battery yet???
If I had one here I could look to see if it has a CLR on the motherboard.
If you remove the memory and any plastic under the memory some times there are two gold colored contacts with CLR next to them.
Use small flathead screwdriver to short them together.

hey I have and HP G7-2217cl that I bought as a floor model, attempting to enable legacy mode to enable DVD boot, but BIOS is locked, have spent several hours on this including a dis-assembly of the pc, password remains, can I get some help. I would greatly appreciate it, I will provide whatever info you need
