Can you help please my computer randomly stopped working. And bios password requerements. Dont know the pass 😕

To be more detailed. I was playing medieval 2 total war and it crashed. I was going online for updates. The computer just turned off. And i started it. And it was needed repair because of the hard drive it crashed somehow -.-. And it didnt work. Started it in safe mode to restore and there was no restorpoin somehow. And i turned it of. And it came up f1 continue f10 biost. I pushed continue and start normally the pc turned off. Tried that plenty of times. Started in safe mode and came up to the same text f1 continue f10 bios. And kept turning of and on t the same. And i need to restore HDD but have no password.

I have an Elitebook 6930P bought from a local reseller, I was able to install Windows and everything however I would like to update the BIOS and am unable to do so due to BIOS Password, can anyone help?

I'm upgrading the HDD on one of my employee's laptops and the BIOS has a password that nobody knows or will admit setting.  

 

I've tried the remove the a/c adapter/battery/cmos battery - still it has a password

 

I've even downloaded and tried: biosconfigutility /nspwd:"pwd" - still it has a password
