Hello,

Thanks for your reply but sorry I didn't understand what you mean here by commercial or Business product. I am facing this issue at my personal home laptop (not used for any commercial purpose).

To charge my cell phone, I connected it to my HP laptop and then unplugged the USB cable after charging was complete. Since then, the laptop has not been able to recognize my Microsoft Mobile Mouse 4000. Also, the option to set Bluetooth settings on the laptop seems to have disappeared. My HP laptop model is dv6-1157ca and below are the Hardware IDs for the missing base system devices:

Thank you Vidya. I installed the drivers and no longer see the "base system device driver missing" message in the Device Manager.

However, Bluetooth functionality is still not working and not visible anywhere in the Control Panel or taskbar. Also, my laptop mouse is still not functioning (laptop does not seem to be able to detect the mouse). I have tested the mouse on another laptop and it works.

Would there be another set of drivers I could use, or is there some other inherent problem?

Appreciate your help with this issue.
