Hi,
I need help to find the drive for my Zbook 15 G3, the docker is not recognized by the computer, I guess this is caused by the Thunderbolt drvie, my OS is Windows 2012 Server x64 RC2, and need help for other 2 drivers, see below:
Base System Device:
Device ID:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1577&SUBSYS_11112222&REV_00
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1577&SUBSYS_11112222
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1577&CC_088000
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1577&CC_0880
also I have a problem for installing this device (unknow device):
USB\VID_8087&PID_0A2B&REV_0001
USB\VID_8087&PID_0A2B
Microsoft basic display adapter driver error:
PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_13B1&SUBSYS_80D5103C&REV_A2
PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_13B1&SUBSYS_80D5103C
PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_13B1&CC_030000
PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_13B1&CC_0300
Your help would be appreciated.
Cheers,
Alvin

Hi, Alvin:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W10 drivers for those devices...
Try manually installing from the device in the device manager and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file if the auto install doesn't work. The files will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp#####, where ##### is the file name of the driver.
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1577:
USB\VID_8087&PID_0A2B:
PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_13B1:

Thanks your quick reply and links.
I have tried these links however that SP74783 still doesn't work for my Windows Server 2012, it says it doesn't support this OS only for WIndows 7, and 8.1.:smileyfrustrated:
Any other suggestions?

You're very welcome.
Did you try manually installing the driver as I suggested above?
Let me clarify what I mean by that...
Go to the device manager and click on the base system device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab.
Click in Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp74783.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
Then restart the PC.

Thanks Paul.
I followed your intruction however these folders don't include the nessessary files which can be recognized as driver files, but followed another instruction by your colleage Sanjana, she advices change the setting in BIOS to lower the Thunderbolt security level that works and brings all the connecting devices using the dock. however in device management those devices still shown error.
Cheers,
Alvin

Hi:
Perhaps that driver is the 1 in 10 that does not extract to driver file folders when you run the exe.
I use a different method to discover the files because running all these driver files on my PC could cause it to crash.
The hardware ID you posted of PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1577 is definitely supported by the driver.
So, see if this works...
Download and install the free 7-Zip file utility. The 2nd file listed is for 64 bit operating systems.
Download and save, but do not run sp74783.
Right click on sp74783, and select 7-zip from the list of options.
Have 7-zip Extract to: and let it extract the file into its folder name.
Then repeat the manual driver install steps I outlined above, but this time browse to the folder that 7-zip created.
You can see for yourself the file with the hardware ID (PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1577&CC_0880) you posted...
It is in the sp74783\tbt81x setup information file.

%TbtBusDrv.DeviceDesc1577% = TbtBusDrv_Device, PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1577&CC_0880
%TbtBusDrv.DeviceDesc156A% = TbtBusDrv_Device, PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_156A&CC_0880
%TbtBusDrv.DeviceDesc156C% = TbtBusDrv_Device, PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_156C&CC_0880
%TbtBusDrv.DeviceDesc1566% = TbtBusDrv_Device, PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1566&CC_0880
%TbtBusDrv.DeviceDesc1568% = TbtBusDrv_Device, PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1568&CC_0880
%TbtBusDrv.DeviceDesc157D% = TbtBusDrv_Device, PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_157D&CC_0880
If that method doesn't work either, unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.

I have absolutely no clue what you are referring to.
All the links I posted are not working anymore, because HP redesigned the web pages.
I see you don't have anything better to do today but to troll old posts to criticize.
