The battery light is blinking white. It says that the power source is plugged in, but the battery is not charging. I've run a battery test and it came back as passed/ok. Any help is greatly appreciated.

As we have properly undertsood your issue you are facing issue in battery issues:

 

Please read this information if you can :

 

Common causes of the error plugged in not charging can be because of the following: Faulty charger. Some chargers supply power to charge the batteryseperately for the power to run the laptop.
