Product: Ho g61
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Could do with some help. Battery completely run down as charger wasn't working. Bought a universal one and plugged it in. There is a light on the side of the lap top when it is plugged in but still no charge.

 

i can't even turn the lap on at the moment.

 

grateful for some urgent advice

Hi,

Have you tried performing a hard reset of the laptop? How many Watt is the universal charger? What color is led on side of laptop?
