Pavilion x2 64gb laptop
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My computer when powering up goes into bios update, which it does by writing new image, verifying the image, then wont restart into windows and just keeps writing the bios image again and again.  I can never get it to restart into windows at all.

My Suggestion

Call up HP Support @18004746836 since BIOS related issues are complex and may require a service.
