Count the beeps.
It should be a repeating cycle. It is likely to be a hardware diagnostic.
There is a troubleshooting startup/power section in the "solve a problem" part of the HP web support portal. It has a list of what the beep count means.

Thanks Erico I successfully got a technician to fix my machine and it's working perfectly he said there was a Dior or an icy on the board which was blown.

But I have one other issue I need Help about. I want to reset my bios password but I am able to change it. I remember the old one but I want to change it cos I gave it to the technician. And I want to reset it. But when I go to chances password on bios its faint.

In order to clear the current BIOD admin password you will need to provide the system lock code.
Normally. entering the wrong password three times will lock the system and it causes a system lock code to be presented on the display.
