Microsoft Windows 11

I downloaded windows 11 about a week ago and everything was working good the started to have issues after a day. The computer would turn on and the cursor would move around but could not click to open anything. Then I turned the computer 2 days ago and got a blue screen saying there was problem and was doing a automatic repair but the repair was not successful. Now I am stuck in a blue screen loop. can anyone help with this issue

@Joekit

Hello,

What is the exact model of your laptop or desktop (e.g. 5ES85EA)?

In the first instance, please run the Extensive Test as follows:

  1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.

  2. Turn on the computer and immediately, about once every second, press the F2 key repeatedly.

  3. On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests, then click Extensive Test, and then click on Run once.

    While the test is running, the time remaining and test result for each component displays on the screen.

  4. If a component fails a test, note the failure ID (24-digit code) and provide it to us in your next response.

I am asking you to perform an Extensive Test so that we can be sure that there are no hardware problems with your computer.

In case of need, do not hesitate to contact us.

Best regards,:Wink:
