Well i was finally able to get into the hard drive but not thru the sign in way. I took the hard drive out and placed it into another docking station that i have, i was able to get onto the HD and get everyrthing off i needed too.

Now i want to reinstall windows 10, like me my client got the windows 10 thru the "upgrade for free time"

What i have a issue with is on this hard drive there are  4 partitions (HP_Tools, System, Local Disk & Recovory)  Do i need all these partitions i would like to keep Recovory Partition. I would think that the local disk is where the OS is that went bad.

Can some one help me out with this...

Thanks

alright i finally get this computer working and went to download drivers for it, and the website says no drivers are listed for this model, i have windows 10 64bit on there now, but was going to load in Window 7 64bit drivers as that is what the machine came with. So why is it saying there are no drivers for this machine???

Please help! I got an extention for this machine and this will be the last day i have it. so i need to know today. I have to give it back by 2pm EST

Thanks
