Give the following process a try, which covers the causes for many general video related problems. It covers things like flash player as well, which would apply to streaming videos.
Resolving Video and Graphics Issues
If you need to update the drivers or BIOS for the notebook, then you can get them here.
HP Pavilion dv6-3190ee Entertainment Notebook PC Drivers
It is also possible it could be something like this, although much less likely.
Stop Error on Blue Screen Appears After Installing Platform Update for Windows 7 from Microsoft
What player are you using to watch video files offline?
Have you updated it and the codecs for the files formats you commonly use?

Hi @maha_diwan
I understand that you are getting blue screens when running videos. I am happy to help but I have a few questions.
Did this just start to happen recently?
Is it only one application that has the problem?
Have you tried running running other video formats?
Do you have the same problem when streaming videos from the internet?
Have you updated the video application you are using, and updated any codecs you may need?
Did you try any of the videos that are causing you problems on a different machine?

thanks dear .. i located the display driver and installed it just as you told me .. it worked fine with me on chrome .. however when i ran a video on hp site i got a flashing green screen in the middle of the video then the video continued normally with no problems.
If this persists may be as you said i should try to upgrade the flash player or so ..
again thanks a lot .. you saved my day

It is great that video is working for you now for the most part excepting internet explorer 11. This may have to do with how Internet Explorer runs videos as opposed to how video is streamed on some sites. It may be a matter of add ons.
Take a look at this page from Microsoft that addresses this issue.
