Has anyone found a bluetooth driver for HP Envy 13 on Windows 11?

Hi, @alyce6 did you make a recent upgrade to Windows 11?

If you go to the self-service page for your laptop you will see software and drivers but they are only supported for Windows 10.

Hi, @alyce6

Below is the link to the product specs for your notebook.

HP ENVY - 13-aq1025tu Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

It comes with an Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX 201 (2x2) and Bluetooth® 5 Wi-Fi adapter.

I don't know why the BT isn't working on W11, but you can download the latest W11 driver for it directly from the Intel site at the link below...

Yes, I recently upgraded to Windows 11. I have tried installing the divers linked and they didn't work

I have tried to install this driver with no success. When I try to add it manually in device manager it can't install the driver.

Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try because the Bluetooth should have worked after you upgraded to W11 in the first place.

The same Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers are used for W10 and W11 for the Intel Wi-Fi adapters.

I was just hoping a driver update might fix the problem.
