Hi
I habe a problem with the network adapter in my envy 17-j016sg (windows 8.1).
Since yesterday there is a warning in the device manager, the network adapter can't be started. Code 10.
I did a component check via BIOS which was successfull but the problem remains. Can you please help me?

See if installing the latest Ralink wireless and Realtek ethernet drivers help.
