Hi:

This should be the bluetooth software and driver you need when you have an Intel card installed in your PC.

it installed and said "all installations are completed, please refer to the log for details". but still no bluetooth when i search for devices and it's not in the device manager 😕 and in the notification area icons when i choose the "show icon and notifications" it says that it is not currently active and will be displayed the next time it is active. so what gives? 😕 in the hp connection manager bluetooth is on. guess this is about it. what else could be wrong? and really sorry for being such a pain 😛 (A)

Hi:

Sorry that you are are having such a hard time getting that to work.

Unfortunately, I do not have any experience troubleshooting bluetooth issues other than installing drivers.

You may want to start a new thread so one of the other experts (or someone) sees it and hopefully they can help you better than I was able to.

Good luck!

Check you have wireless turned on. The left hand button top right. Bluetooth needs wireless on.
