It is unbelievable to find hundred of users having exactly the same problem. I recently have left hinge broken on Spectre XT. Please advise if this issue is well known and supported by your customer support in Thailand. I am going to call them on Monday. My Spectre is out of warranty and I am curious to know how would HP react to such flawed design.
Well, I was thinking to buy new Spectre as I thought it was only mine broken. I am scared now as this could happen to the new one too although it seems the new ones have different hinge design.
