Broken left hinge on HP Envy x360

The left hinge of HP Envy x360 broke and shattered a part of my screen when I was just trying to turn the screen now I am unable to close my screen properly. I have never dropped it and have taken the utmost care while using it. Upon searching about it in the forum I came to know that this is a common design flaw as mentioned in the underlying posts.

I have been very satisfied with my laptop's performance till now but this has come as quite a shock as me. Please look into this and ensure that I get the required repairs free of cost.
